Education Health Care Plans

Person Centred Reviews (PCR’s) are annual individual meetings organised by the school, during which you, as the parent, get an overview of how your child has been developing throughout the school year as well as an opportunity to speak with the class teacher about any queries you may have pertaining to your child and the school.

PCR meetings are also directly linked in to the process of converting SEN statements in to EHCP’s.
